How long have you been a photographer?
I officially launched my wedding business nine years ago. I have been photographing since junior high school and took many film and digital photography classes while majoring in fine art. I teach an annual workshop In February at the Light Factory (Charlotte’s Museum for Photography) to other aspiring wedding photographers. I consider myself extremely proficient in all lighting situations.
How long until we receive our images?
Delivery of wedding images takes between 4-6 weeks depending on the time of year.
How many images?
I typically deliver between 75+ images per hour of coverage. This varies slightly based on whether travel is part of that time, etc.
Do we get the digitals?
Yes. All of my packages included the high resolution, digital image downloads. You will have the option (through your online gallery) to order prints and albums should you wish to do so. Guests may also purchase copies of the digital downloads though the online gallery.
Are the files edited?
Yes. Every image delivered is post processed with my signature style. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections.
Will you help with our timeline?
I would love to work with you regarding your timeline of events in order to make the most out of your photography. We will keep in touch throughout your wedding planning process and I am also happy to refer excellent, local vendors should you need any recommendations.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! Domestic or destination, I love travel andI have photographed weddings throughout the Carolinas, in various other states as well as abroad (England, Greece, multiple Caribbean destinations and soon Italy). Travel is quoted case by case, please note specifics in your inquiry and we can to discuss.
